多伦多暴雨引发洪水：部分马路变河流，超12万人面临断电

据海外网报道，7月16日，加拿大多伦多市遭暴雨袭击，一些道路变成河流，超过12万人面临断电。

多伦多市的一些道路被洪水淹没，很多车辆泡在几十厘米深的水里，有人被困在车内两个多小时才被救出。

多伦多市中心许多餐厅都因断电暂停营业，交通灯也因此熄灭，导致交通拥堵。当地电力公司表示，断电可能是由于变电站被洪水淹没造成的。
